Struggling with Your Goals for the New Year?

You Might be Missing One Key Thing...

Dear Friend,

How are your New Year’s goals coming along?

Maybe you started with excitement, but now…

things feel like they’ve stalled, you dropped the goal completely, or maybe can’t even remember what you wanted to change!

You’re not alone.

Many of us begin the year with big dreams.

But somewhere along the way, we lose focus.

The truth is…

you might be missing a key ingredient!

Habits!

Habits that align with your faith.

Habits that help you grow spiritually, every day.

Habits that have you progressing in the right direction, not going backwards.

I know what you’re thinking—

this sounds too simple, right?

But here's the surprising part:

This shift in mindset can make all the difference.

So, what’s the secret?

It’s about consistency over perfection.

Instead of aiming for big, unreachable goals

start Small.

Focus on one small habit at a time.

Pair it up with something else that makes sense.

Like a simple act of faith you can commit to each day.

It could be as small as making your bed as soon as you get out of it.

Or cleaning out toilet in your house when you use it for the first time that day (Yes, use every bathroom and all the toilets will be clean everyday).

Or wipe off your bathroom counter and sink while brushing your teeth.

Or read a set number of pages from a book before you get on social media.

In time, these little habits transform your daily routine.

The key to lasting change isn’t willpower.

It’s habits.

Let’s make this year one of growth, not just resolution.
